Consultation Fees & Rates
General consulting fees are determined based on the
specific services required, the circumstances of the
church, organization, or individual, and the time involved
with each. After your initial contact, an estimate of
fees will be submitted as a part of a consultation
proposal. All fees are negotiable (including those
published below), and should not be allowed to become a
deterrent for soliciting our consulting services.
Fixed Fees
Fixed fees are set for certain specialized consultations. These include completion of a Church Personality Report, as well as for follow-up consultation for assessment of prospective pastors for compatibility. Those rates are as follows:
Church Personality Report generation $250
Assessment of prospective pastors $50 each
Fees are also fixed for Ministry Consultation Weekends. Please note: the fees listed do not include travel costs, which will also be assessed.

Ministry Area Demographic Profile $350
Required in most cases
Video $1500
8-12 minute presentation of the church's ministry to those who visit the church
Brochures $1200
Full-color brochures presenting the church's ministry to prospective attendees through mailings to the optimal target groups for the church.
